Where are my mathematical articles?

Published by qauqe@list.ru

1990 I graduated college and worked as a programmer--algorithmist--software engineer till 2013. I solved practical problems, wrote programs, reports, mathematical articles. That software and articles are classified, and you most probably cannot see them. In order to publish an article in open press, I needed a special permission from a commission of 3-4 people (either good mathematicians or good at defending state secrets). I found the ritual humiliating and seldom performed it.

I wish I paid more attention to publishing my works in the past.

I no longer deal with secrets and do not need any permission to publish my stuff. However the fact that I no longer access secrets does not mean that I can freely speak of my past. You know, 'state secret' is a very big and wide thing. Russian citizen does not need to access classified documents to get into prison for treason and espionage.

In the past, I have done many things I am proud of. However, I cannot discuss it. I also made mistakes, which I don't want to discuss. So my past successes and failures remain in the past.

I am not disclosing any classified information. My algorithm to compute Hermite Normal Form of a matrice will not threaten Russian state security.
